释义	公证遗嘱办理应当由两名公证人员共同办理，由其中一名公证员在公证书上署名。因特殊情况由一名公证员办理时，应当有一名见证人在场，见证人应当在遗嘱和笔录上签名。【本文关联的相关法律依据】《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百三十九条公证遗嘱由遗嘱人经公证机构办理。第一千一百四十条下列人员不能作为遗嘱见证人：（一）无民事行为能力人、限制民事行为能力人以及其他不具有见证能力的人；（二）继承人、受遗赠人；（三）与继承人、受遗赠人有利害关系的人。
