释义	法律分析：患精神病或急性传染病以及其他危及生命的重大疾病不予收押进看守所（也就是俗称的坐牢），另外怀孕和哺乳期的妇女也不予收押。法律依据：《中华人民共和国看守所条例》第十条看守所收押人犯，应当进行健康检查，有下列情形之一的，不予收押：（一）患有精神病或者急性传染病的；（二）患有其他严重疾病，在羁押中可能发生生命危险或者生活不能自理的，但是罪大恶极不羁押对社会有危险性的除外；（三）怀孕或者哺乳自己不满一周岁的婴儿的妇女。
