释义	如果员工与用人单位之间因为保密协议书产生的纠纷，属于劳动争议，应先申请劳动仲裁，对仲裁不服才能去法院起诉。如果是企业与企业之间、或者企业与非员工之间，因为保密协议书之间产生的纠纷，不属于劳动争议，属于一般的民事纠纷，直接向法院起诉，劳动仲裁不受理。法律依据《中华人民共和国劳动争议调解仲裁法》第二条
