释义	找当时的案件承办庭甚至是案件承办人，由案件承办人来查就好查多了。只要找到案号，到档案室调取卷宗就好调了。如果当时有代理律师，也可以找律师查案号，或者调取判决书复印件。如果时间太长了，档案室确实不好查。如果是近几年，档案室可以在网上查找。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国档案法》第九条机关、团体、企业事业单位和其他组织应当确定档案机构或者档案工作人员负责管理本单位的档案，并对所属单位的档案工作实行监督和指导。中央国家机关根据档案管理需要，在职责范围内指导本系统的档案业务工作。
