释义	《工伤保险条例》第十五条规定：职工有下列情形之一的，应当视同为工伤：(一)在工作时间和工作岗位，突发疾病死亡或者在48小时内经抢救无效死亡的。因此，只要具备以下两个条件，那么，上班时间应该算作工伤。两个条件分别为：“工作时间”和“工作岗位”;“突发疾病死亡”是指： 1、职工突发与工作无关的及并导致死亡。如果是与工作有关的疾病而导致死亡，应当按照《工伤保险条例》第十四条的规定认定工伤。 2、在工作岗位上突发与工作无关并没有导致立即死亡的疾病，但是在48小时内经抢救无效死亡的，视同为工伤。
