不去上班被辞退了有失业金吗？

法律分析：
被单位辞退处于失业状态的话是可以领取失业金的。但是如果劳动者主动解除合同不能领取失业保险金的。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国社会保险法》第四十五条 失业前用人单位和本人已经缴纳失业保险费满一年，非因本人意愿中断就业，已经进行失业登记，并有求职要求的，是领取失业保险金的 三个必备条件，劳动者生病主动解除合同，是因为本人意愿中断就业，不符合领取失业保险金条件。
