释义	法律分析：单方降低工资实际上单方变更劳动合同的行为，是一种严重违法违约的行为。用人单位没有权利随意降低劳动者的工资待遇。如果单位仅仅以“经营困难、经济亏损”等为名逐渐降低员工的工资，员工有权利不接受。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第十七条订立和变更劳动合同，应当遵循平等自愿、协商一致的原则，不得违反法律、行政法规的规定。公司单方降低劳动者工资的行为违反了变更劳动合同的基本原则，也违反了劳动合同中的约定。故用人单位不能无故单方降低劳动者的工资。
