释义	质权分为动产质权和权利质权。动产质权指债务人或者第三人将其动产移交债权人占有，以该动产作为债权的担保，债务人未履行债务时，债权人依照法律规定的程序就该动产优先受偿的权利。债务人或者第三人为出质人，债权人为质权人，移交的动产为质押财产。出质人也可以将法律规定可以转让的股权、仓单、提单等财产权利出质，这时质权称为权利质权。
