释义	法律分析：大学毕业生档案打回原籍后档案会在当地人事局的人才交流中心。大学毕业生从毕业之日起有两年的择业期。在两年时间内，如果找到了工作，可以到学校办理有关就业手续，因为在择业期内学校可以代管毕业生的档案。如果过了两年择业期，又没有找到单位，就可以将户口和档案迁到负责管理的机构，决不能一弃了之。法律依据：《国家不包分配大专以上毕业生择业暂行办法》第七条全民所有制单位接收的毕业生档案，原则上由所在单位管理。非全民所有制单位接收的毕业生档案，由政府人事部门所属人才流动服务机构管理。
