释义	法律分析：公司必须开设对公账户。此账户在税务局备案，之后交的税款都是从对公账户里扣除，而且还有时间限定，在营业执照办理完成后1-3个月左右没有开设基本户的，就会被监控。法律依据：《银行账户管理办法》第十二条存款人在银行开立基本存款账户，实行由中国人民银行当地分支机构核发开户许可证制度。银行对存款人开立或撤销账户，必须向中国人民银行分支机构申报。
