释义	无期徒刑立功要减刑。无期徒刑的刑期从判决宣判之日起计算，判决宣判前先行羁押的日期不能折抵刑期，无期徒刑减为有期徒刑后，执行有期徒刑，先行羁押的日期也不予折抵刑期。无期徒刑罪犯在执行期间，如果确有悔改表现的，或者有立功表现的，服刑二年以后，可以减刑。法律依据《中华人民共和国刑法》第六十二条、第六十三条
