释义	票据行为无效具体来说，指出票、背书、承兑、保证诸行为中的单个或数个行为无效。根据票据行为独立性原理，某一票据行为无效并不影响其他票据行为的效力。除出票时的形式欠缺情形外，其他票据行为无效，不会影响整个票据的效力。票据无效的原因有以下3点：1、被保证的票据债务自始不存在；2、被保证的票据债务，因其所赖以发生的票据行为在形式上不完备而无效；3、票据保证行为本身在形式上不完备。法律依据《中华人民共和国票据法》第六条、第七条、第八条
