释义	房产证复印件能给租客，但房产证复印件在给租客时，可以在复印件上注明此复印件只用于租户存档，不做其它任何用途。法律依据：《商品房屋租赁管理办法》第十五条办理房屋租赁登记备案，房屋租赁当事人应当提交下列材漏棚料：（一）房屋租赁合同；（二）房屋租赁当事人身份证明；（三）房屋所有权证书或者其禅余他合法权属证返袭则明；（四）直辖市、市、县人民政府建设（房地产）主管部门规定的其他材料。房屋租赁当事人提交的材料应当真实、合法、有效，不得隐瞒真实情况或者提供虚假材料。
