监狱结婚可以减刑么

法律分析：监狱服刑，结婚不能减刑。是否减刑要看其在监狱中的改造表现。罚金只是作为一种附加刑，并不能作为减刑的依据。根据相关规定，被判处无期徒刑、有期徒刑的罪犯，在服刑期间确有悔改表现或者立功表现的，根据监狱考核的结果，可以减刑。有重大立功表现的，应当减刑。服刑通俗说法就是社会上所说的“坐牢”。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国监狱法》第二十九条 被判处无期徒刑、有期徒刑的罪犯，在服刑期间确有悔改表现或者立功表现的，根据监狱考核的结果，可以减刑。有重大立功表现的，应当减刑。
