释义	法律分析：一事不再罚在《刑事诉讼法》当中是没有明确规定的，但是从某种程度上来说《刑法》当中也有相似的规定，对于同一个犯罪行为是不能够评价两次的，在我国，行政处罚当中就有规定一事不再罚的原则。法律依据：《行政处罚法》第二十四条对当事人的同一个违法行为，不得给予两次以上罚款的行政处罚。
