释义	签合同不是用自己名字签的是否可以，应当看具体情形，如果签合同使用的名字与身份证记载的名字不相符，但合同中使用的名字能够被一般人识别是你本人、或者是你经常使用的名字，那么该合同仍然是有效的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百三十二条合同生效后，当事人不得因姓名、名称的变更或者法定代表人、负责人、承办人的变动而不履行合同义务。如果合同签订时就有欺诈的故意，损害国家、集体、第三人的利益或者违反法律的强制性规定将构成无效合同。
