释义	法律分析：企业产品标准代号是具体产品的技术要求或规范编号，由企业编号报备国家代表某产品。国家对于具备某种产品的生产条件并能保证产品质量的企业,依法授予的许可生产该项产品的凭证。法律依据：《中华人民共和国产品质量法》第二十一条产品质量检验机构、认证机构必须依法按照有关标准，客观、公正地出具检验结果或者认证证明。产品质量认证机构应当依照国家规定对准许使用认证标志的产品进行认证后的跟踪检查；对不符合认证标准而使用认证标志的，要求其改正；情节严重的，取消其使用认证标志的资格。
