释义	不交，新建商品房的管道燃气初装费纳入商品房的建设成本里，不能再向业主收取。不仅如此，国家相关部门还曾明文规定了不允许擅自收取城镇用户天然气等安装开口费用。法律依据：《中华人民共和国关于规范管道燃气安装费管理的通知》第五条新建商品房管道燃气安装费，纳入商品房建设安装成本，房地产开发企业不得在新建商品房房价外向购房者另行收取，购房者不再交纳与管道燃气建设安装有关的费用，自2016年1月1日起执行。
