释义	法律分析: 行政行为自撤销之日起失去法律效力，撤销的效力可一直追溯到行政行为作出之日。法律依据: 《住房城乡建设行政复议办法》第三十七条行政复议机关决定撤销行政行为，可以责令被申请人在一定期限内重新作出行政行为。重新作出行政行为的期限自《行政复议决定书》送达之日起最长不超过60日，法律、法规、规章另有规定的除外。行政复议机关确认行政行为违法的，可以责令被申请人采取相应的补救措施。申请人对行政机关重新作出的行政行为不服，可以依法申请行政复议或者提起行政诉讼。
