释义	如果当事人无法联系，合同可以单方面解除。因不可抗力不能达到合同目的的，合同应当消灭，当事人可以单方面解除；履行期限届满前，当事人拒绝履行或者延迟履行的，债权人有权解除合同。履行原则上不允许当事人立即解除合同，但债权人应当向债务人发出履行催告，并给予一定的履行宽限期。【本文关联的相关法律依据】《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百六十二条当事人协商一致，可以解除合同。当事人可以约定一方解除合同的事由。解除合同的事由发生时，解除权人可以解除合同。
