释义	法律分析：合同的涂改也就是合同的变更，是指当事人对已经发生法律效力，但尚未履行或者尚未完全履行的合同，进行修改或补充所达成的协议。合同法规定，当事人协商一致可以变更合同。也就是当事人协商一致的，可以对合同进行涂改，该涂改对当事人发生约束力，但是，未经双方同意而做的单方修改，该修改对合同相对方不发生效力。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百四十三条当事人协商一致，可以变更合同。第五百四十四条当事人对合同变更的内容约定不明确的，推定为未变更。
