释义	没有约定的话，最长二十年。有约定还款期的话，看还款期是否届满，如届满超过两年，则因为时效届满丧失胜诉权。《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百一十二条债务人不履行到期债务或者发生当事人约定的实现抵押权的情形，致使抵押财产被人民法院依法扣押的，自扣押之日起，抵押权人有权收取该抵押财产的天然孳息或者法定孳息，但是抵押权人未通知应当清偿法定孳息义务人的除外。
