释义	通常情况下，民间借贷只要符合法律规定的条件，都是合法的。但如果明知借款人借款是用于诈骗、吸毒、贩毒等非法活动，仍予以出借的，国家法律不予保护，出借人不仅得不到债权，还会遭受民事、行政乃至刑事法律的制裁。法律依据《最高人民法院关于审理民间借贷案件适用法律若干问题的规定》第十四条
