释义	不能拿到赔偿。旅游者未按旅游经营者、旅游辅助服务者的要求提供与旅游活动相关的个人健康信息并履行如实告知义务，或者不听从旅游经营者、旅游辅助服务者的告知、警示，参加不适合自身条件的旅游活动，导致旅游过程中出现人身损害、财产损失，旅游者请求旅游经营者、旅游辅助服务者承担责任的，人民法院不予支持。【本文关联的相关法律依据】《旅游法》第81条，突发事件或者旅游安全事故发生后，旅游经营者应当立即采取必要的救助和处置措施，依法履行报告义务，并对旅游者作出妥善安排。
