中华人民共和国刑法对隐匿邮件罪的立案标准：本罪是行为犯，只要邮政工作人员私自实施了隐匿邮件的行为，原则上就构成犯罪，应当立案侦查。私自隐匿邮件罪，是指邮政工作人员私自隐匿邮件的行为。本罪在客观方面表现为邮政工作人员利用职务上的便利，私自开拆、隐匿、毁弃邮件、电报的行为。

邮政工作人员私自开拆或者隐匿、毁弃邮件、电报的，处二年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。犯前款罪而窃取财物的，依照本法第二百六十四条的规定定罪从重处罚。
