离婚孩子喝奶粉算不算哺乳期 -法律知识

法律分析：
产期是指女性生产后的90天，哺乳期是指女性生产后至其孩子满周岁期间，一般是指妇女产后用自己的乳汁喂养婴儿的时期，一般在分娩后10个月至1年左右。这里没有定性规定婴儿吃奶粉就不算哺乳期，也就是不以母乳喂养为必要条件。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国劳动法》
第六十二条 女职工生育享受不少于九十天的产假。
第六十三条 不得安排女职工在哺乳未满一周岁的婴儿期间从事国家规定的第三级体力劳动强度的劳动和哺乳期禁忌从事的其他劳动，不得安排其延长工作时间和夜班劳动。
