释义	国家一旦征用了土地，补偿给了农民，那么，土地就是属于政府的，政府会对该土地做出合理规划，或者对该片区做规划，然后招商引资或者做其他公益项目，不一定就马上征用了之后就搞开发的。之前土地补偿的时候，补给了农民，农民就会没有土地使用权，相当于把土地使用权有价给了当地政府使用，所以，以后土地怎么样使用，农民都没有权利去干涉，不会再得到补偿款。法律依据《中华人民共和国土地管理法实施条例》第十七条
