释义	法律分析：劳动合同到期后，用人单位和劳动者没有续签，劳动者还在继续工作，按照《劳动合同法》规定要求，超过一个月不满一年未与劳动者订立书面劳动合同，劳动者可以要求支付从第二月起支付每月二倍工资。自用工之日起满一年不与劳动者订立书面劳动合同视作签订无固定期劳动合同，用人单位单方面解除劳动合同，若劳动者无过错情况下，用人单位属于违规解除劳动合同，需要按照《劳动合同法》第47条规定的经济补偿标准的二倍向劳动者支付赔偿金。
