释义	法律分析：公司律师，是在公司律师试点单位工作取得法律职业资格证并已经公司同意聘为公司律师的人员，其法律权利等同于专职律师。是我国律师法规定的公职律师、公司律师、兼职律师、专职律师中的一种职业律师。法律依据：《中华人民共和国律师法》第五条申请律师执业，应当具备下列条件： (一)拥护中华人民共和国宪法; (二)通过国家统一司法考试; (三)在律师事务所实习满一年; (四)品行良好。实行国家统一司法考试前取得的律师资格凭证，在申请律师执业时，与国家统一司法考试合格证书具有同等效力。
