释义	法律分析: 行使任意撤销权也是有条件限制的，并且需要在一定期限内行使。行使撤销权的主体不同，撤销权的期限也不同。如果赠与人自己行使撤销权，期限是1年；如果是赠与人的继承人或法定代理人行使撤销权，期限是6个月。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百六十四条因受赠人的违法行为致使赠与人死亡或者丧失民事行为能力的，赠与人的继承人或者法定代理人可以撤销赠与。赠与人的继承人或者法定代理人的撤销权，自知道或者应当知道撤销事由之日起六个月内行使。
