释义	法律分析：票据制度在资本主义经济发展中所扮演的角色可谓功高至伟。虽然信用证及电子交易极大地方便了商贸往来，但票据在当代贸易中的地位仍然不可替代，其原因就在于票据的流通性。法律依据：《中华人民共和国票据法》第十七条规定，我国票据时效的期间分为三种:2年的期间、6个月的期间、3个月的期间。这三种期间，分别适用于不同的票据权利。
