释义	法律分析：承揽人所完成的工作成果不符合合同约定的质量标准或要求的，或者使工作成果价值减少的，承揽人应对此承担瑕疵担保责任。承揽人承担瑕疵担保责任，应具备两个条件：1、承揽人交付的工作成果不符合质量标准。 2、定做人在合理的期限内提出质量异议。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第七百八十一条承揽人交付的工作成果不符合质量要求的，定作人可以合理选择请求承揽人承担修理、重作、减少报酬、赔偿损失等违约责任。
