释义	法律分析：如果是遗失了首付的发票，在房屋交手之后，会有全款发票，不会对后面办房产证和落户有影响；如果丢的是全款的，可以向发票开具商申请，让其开出遗失的申明，明确发票的金额，开具方，单号等等，或者让其提供丢失的存根或者记账的复印件，经有关部门审核后有效凭证入账，但是不可重复开发票。法律依据：《中华人民共和国发票管理办法》规定，所有单位和从事生产、经营活动的个人在购买商品、接受服务以及从事其他经营活动支付款项，应当向收款方取得发票
