释义	这种情况下债权人转让债权必须通知担保人，未通知保证人的，该转让对保证人不发生效力。法律依据:《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百九十六条保证人与债权人约含兄定禁止债权转让，债权人未经保证人书面同意转让债权的，保证人对受让人不再承担保证责任。保证人书面约定禁止转让债权，在未经保证人书面同意的情况下，债权含御人对外转让债权的，即使债权人通知了保证人，保证人对受让人也绝对不承担任何保证责任。受让人即使在保证期间向保证人主张权利或诉讼仲裁的，保证人对原谈老袭债权人及债权受让人均不承担担保责任。
