释义	法律分析：应该能拿回部分，全部回款不可能，简单地说平台用投资人的钱去放贷，把钱贷给需要的人，但它的利息是超出法律规定的，就说利息非常高，属于高利贷性质，既然放贷就有风险，借款人在缺钱的时候，都不管利息，也不管自己后续还款能力，基本都是最终是还不上，但是立案之后警方，会首先查封平台的资产，并追回赃款，至于借款人还款方面，警方只会督促，按照合法利息还款，但不会强制催款。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百六十七条借款合同是借款人向贷款人借款，到期返还借款并支付利息的合同。
