释义	法律分析: 劳动者在试用期辞职,用人单位应当给劳动者一次性结清工资。劳动者想在试用期辞职,只需要提前3天以书面形式向用人单位的劳动人事部门递交试用期辞职的通知〔切记:要求用人单位在劳动者的“劳动者送达、移交(文书、材料)签收单”签上姓名和日期〕,不需要征得用人单位的同意。法律依据: 《工资支付暂行规定》第九条劳动关系双方依法解除或终止劳动合同时，用人单位应在解除或终止劳动合同时一次付清劳动者工资。
