释义	法律分析: 按规定，单位借调工作人员，以完成相应的工作为限，借调限期一般不能超过一年；借调期满后返回原单位，由原单位妥善安置工作。如因工作需要，确需延长借调时间的，应提前向组织人社部门提出书面申请，重新办理借调手续。关键岗位、涉密岗位原则上不使用借调人员。否则，就是违规行为。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国国务院借调人员管理规定》第五条借调时间。借调期限一般控制在6个月以内，借调期满确因工作需要必须继续借调的，应当续办借调手续。
