释义	法律分析: 国家规定公务员累计工作已满1年不满10年的，年休假5天；已满10年不满20年的，年休假10天；已满20年的，年休假15天。在参加工作时间满规定年限后，从次年起享受相应的年休假假期。年休假假期应当年用完，不得跨年度使用。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国公务员法》第八十条公务员辞去公职，应当向任免机关提出书面申请。任免机关应当自接到申请之日起三十日内予以审批，其中对领导成员辞去公职的申请，应当自接到申请之日起九十日内予以审批。
