劳动合同长期有效是多少年

法律分析：我国法律没有明确规定劳动合同的有效期是多少年。劳动合同，依据双方约定，可以签订任何期限的时间，也可以签订无固定期限合同。法律并无具体的规定，劳动者与用人单位协商即可。
