如何办理新生儿医保？ |

法律分析：1、要带上户口本(首页和小孩户口页的复印件)、家长身份证(复印正反两面)和一张蓝底或者红底的新生儿一寸照片(有些地方需要)到户口所在街道或社区劳动保障所办理参保手续即可。
2、从参保手续办理到拿到新生儿医保卡，需要一个多月的时间。一般来说，只要是出生12个月以内的新生儿，可随时办理参保手续。每年交纳的医保费用是50元。
3、新生儿在出生一年内，随时都可以办理，但地税是每月6-25日受理社保。新生儿出生三个月内办理社保卡，可以报销从出生时到现在的费用。若三个月以后办理社保卡，就只能报销从办卡起时的医疗费用。
4、不过现在带户口本可以直接去居委会拿表格办理，只要居委会能查到你宝宝的户口信息就可以直接办理，不用再去地税。然后拿委托号去银行办理代扣手续。再去劳动力大厦办理社保卡，要带上户口本、你的身分证。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国社会保险法》第二十三条职工应当参加职工基本医疗保险，由用人单位和职工按照国家规定共同缴纳基本医疗保险费。
无雇工的个体工商户、未在用人单位参加职工基本医疗保险的非全日制从业人员以及其他灵活就业人员可以参加职工基本医疗保险，由个人按照国家规定缴纳基本医疗保险费。
