释义	法律分析：员工无故自离的也有工资。不论劳动者以何种方式离职，其已经提供劳动部分对应的报酬单位都不能克扣，如果单位因此不给劳动者发工资，或者克扣工资的，劳动者可以到劳动监察部部门投诉用人单位，或者可以申请劳动仲裁。如果劳动者的自离行为给单位造成损失的，单位是可以要求劳动者赔偿这部分损失的，不过单位需要提供证据证明劳动者确实给单位造成损失。法律依据：《劳动法》第五十条，工资应当以货币形式按月支付给劳动者本人。不得克扣或者无故拖欠劳动者的工资。
