释义	法律分析：公司压员工一个月工资分为两种情况： 1、如果单位压工资是为了限制辞职(转投其他公司)或作为押金就是不合法的，劳动者就有理由可以通过劳动监察部本解决这件事情， 2、如果公司有这项规定，而且还不是为了限制劳动者、扣押金，那法律就没有那么多的规定了，公司可以这样做。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第五十条工资应当以货币形式按月支付给劳动者本人。不得克扣或者无故拖欠劳动者的工资。第五十一条劳动者在法定休假日和婚丧假期间以及依法参加社会活动期间，用人单位应当依法支付工资。
