释义	以旷工方法离职后上个月的薪资还会发，用人单位要在解除劳动合同时一次付清劳动者薪资。劳动者旷工，用人单位是不能扣上个月薪资的，但是如果用人单位有证据证明因为劳动者的离职给其造成一定损失的，用人单位是可以要求劳动者进行一定赔偿的。法律依据: 《薪资支付暂行规章》第九条劳动关系双方依法解除或终止劳动合同时，用人单位应在解除或终止劳动合同时一次付清劳动者薪资。
