释义	法律分析：结婚时虚报年龄结婚的，应当收回结婚证，并宣布结婚无效。根据法律规定，申请结婚登记的男女双方应当如实向婚姻登记机关提供本条例规定的有关证件和证明，不得隐瞒真实情况。婚姻登记机关发现婚姻当事人违反有关法律规定，或者在登记时弄虚作假，骗取结婚证的，应当宣布婚姻无效，收回被骗的结婚证，对当事人处以二百元以下的罚款。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零五十一条有下列情形之一的，婚姻无效：（一）重婚；（二）有禁止结婚的亲属关系；（三）未到法定婚龄。
