释义	法律分析：所谓多次盗窃，应为二年内盗窃三次以上的。这一规定主要指三次以上盗窃累计数额仍达不到较大者。若在追溯期限内，多次盗窃数额达到数额较大的标准可以以“盗窃公私财物，数额较大的”的情形来定罪处罚。对于“多次”的认定，应当综合考虑犯罪故意的产生、犯罪行为实施的时间、地点等因素，客观分析、认定。对于行为人基于同一犯意在同一地点对多人、多户实施犯罪的，如在一次犯罪中对一栋居民楼房中的几户居民连续实施入户盗窃的，一般应认定为一次犯罪。
