释义	法律分析: 债权人将其债权转让的，抵押权与主债权一并转让是可以的，法律规定债权转让后，其从权利就会一并转让，所以抵押权作为从权利必须随之一起转让。并且债权转让后，债务人可以向受让人主张对让与人的抗辩。《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百四十六条债权人转让债权，未通知债务人的，该转让对债务人不发生效力。债权转让的通知不得撤销，但是经受让人同意的除外。
