释义	是的。在现实生活的借贷关系中，债权人一般要求债务人找到一个共同还款人来保证自己借出去的资金能够有保障的收回。那么所谓共同还款人的连带责任，就是说在还款的时候，债权人可以向任意一个债务人要钱，也可以找所有的债务人一起要，所有的债务人都负有偿还全部债务的责任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百七十五条借款人应当按照约定的期限返还借款。对借款期限没有约定或者约定不明确，依据本法第五百一十条的规定仍不能确定的，借款人可以随时返还；贷款人可以催告借款人在合理期限内返还。
