释义	律师分析：一方当事人死亡前只要意识清楚，具有完全民事行为能力的，经过他本人的自愿的意思表示而签订的纯财产性合同的，在其死亡后也有效。但具有人身依附性的合同，在其死亡后，合同效力自然终止。【法律依据】：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百四十三条具备下列条件的民事法律行为有效：（一）行为人具有相应的民事行为能力；（二）意思表示真实；（三）不违反法律、行政法规的强制性规定，不违背公序良俗。
