问题	未履行完合同的合同怎么处理
释义	一，未支付价款或报酬的，对方可要求其支付价款或者报酬。二，延迟支付价款或报酬的，应当支付该价款或报酬的逾期利息。三，不履行非金钱债务或者不履行不符合约定的，对方可以要求履行。但有以下情况之一的除外：法律上或者事实上不能履行；债务的标的不适于强制履行或履行费用过高；债权人在合理期限内未要求履行。四，质量不符合约定的，应当按照当事人的约定承担违约责任。对违约责任约定不明的，受损害方根据标的物性质以及损害的大小，可以合理选择要求修理、更换、重做、减价或者退货等。
