释义	是真的，如果信用卡逾期，银行没有起诉持卡人，然后向法院申请强制执行的话，持卡人其他银行储蓄卡上的钱不会被扣除，只有和发卡银行同一家银行的储蓄卡上的钱会被扣除。例如：如果您的工商信用卡过期，工行将扣除您的工商银行储蓄卡中的款项，但不会扣除其他银行储蓄卡中的款项。但是如果是从其他储蓄卡上扣钱，那就表示持卡人已经被起诉并被强制执行。此时，我们只能向银行申请协商还款。如果没有协商成功，则可以向法院申请为您保留最低生活费，剩下的则是来还债的。
